• All orders ship out of Phoenix, AZ, USPS, with an estimated arrival time of 3-7 days after the package is shipped.

Delivery & Shipment

• All sales are final – No refunds or exchanges.
• We are not responsible for any loss or damage sustained during transit.
• All orders below the subtotal of $200 are subject to a standard price of $10 for shipping.
• Orders for US customers in all 50 states and US territories – ship domestically out of Phoenix, AZ, via USPS Priority Tracking.
• Packages are shipped with a 3-7 day estimated arrival time from the day the tracking number is applied. This time may vary depending on the postal carrier.
• For any delays or issues after the package has left the warehouse, the receive or customer must file a claim with their local mail carrier: USPS: https://www.usps.com/help/claims.htm
• Packages Lost in Transit or stolen require a Postal Service claim number for reshipment
• Packages with a confirmed Delivered status require a Postal service claim number. Secondary packages must be shipped with Signature verification or updated address.
• Bobby Budz, LLC  utilizes a fulfillment service for merchandise purchases.
• Bobby Budz, LLC  offers USPS-insured shipping to every state in the USA.  Sometimes, we will ship using USPS shipping using the signature required, depending on the item purchased. 
• Bobby Budz, LLC  is NOT responsible for theft or packages that say (DELIVERED) we go based on the tracking from USPS.
• Bobby Budz, LLC  is NOT responsible for your order after it has been shipped. Therefore, you agree that you are taking a risk and will not hold Bobby Budz, LLC, liable if something happens to your package. (I.E., Theft after delivery confirmation, Custom Seizure)
• All items are shipped within 24-72 hours of payment. Unless there are cases of holidays, pre-sales, or backorders. In case of holidays, we will ship the next business day. In cases of pre-sales, we will ship upon receiving the product. All items are subject to a full refund before shipping.
• Bobby Budz, LLC  shall NOT be held responsible for misrepresentations and breaches of contract by the customer. International Shipments

• Bobby Budz, LLC  does NOT yet ship internationally.  It will NOT get shipped if you provide us with an international order.   You will be issued a store credit.  Any shipment outside Canada, the United States of America, or US Territories is considered an International shipment.
• Customers are fully responsible for any taxes, duties, fees, or further charges applied by customs.

Payment Policy

• Sales tax will be added to the purchase price as the USA requires. We may change prices at any time.

• Money orders made to Bobby Budz or referring to “Seeds” will be returned to the sender pending an updated one.
• MoneyGram payments are accepted Electronically
• Any orders over USD 400 are subject to signature and identity confirmation upon purchase and Signature upon delivery. All sales are final.
• Coupons are non-combinable and can NOT be applied on top of ongoing promotions or sales.
• Previous credit issue – New order MUST BE PLACED AS CASH TO REDEEM any seed credit or coupons promised for previous orders; customer must call to speak with a representative to apply for credits, coupons, and payment for the current order.
• DECLINED payments are subject to reattempt twice daily for two weeks. Unless the Customer confirms a different payment method or the deletion of the order.

Germination Guarantee

• We cannot honor any germination below 80% that was not attempted using our outlined germination method sent with every order.
• After the taproot is produced to ensure the survival of the seed, place it into PLAIN potting soil
  • NO nutrients & NO Fertilizers
• After sprouts appear in the soil, the Germination Guarantee has been met, and the grower’s method is responsible for the plants' overall outcome.
• All sales are final – No refunds or exchanges.
• Bobby Budz is not responsible for any environmental responses the plants may have.
• An 80% germination rate is promised to any pack size when the germination guide is followed correctly.
• We will not honor any germination attempted with water other than bottled spring water. Tap water, RO water, Distilled water, well water, etc.. do NOT qualify for replacements if the germination rate is below 80%.
• No Germination guarantee will be given to seeds placed into a bag with a covering.
• Order is eligible for one-time product replacement per order.
• Orders are eligible for a germination guarantee up to two years after purchase if seeds are adequately stored & correct germination method is used.

How do I report a Germination rate that is less than 80%?

• Please call in to review the germination method used during the attempt. We will identify possible areas of improvement for re-attempt.

Dad: Mama Thai: It may not be the biggest yielding cannabis strain in our selection, but it will certainly impress with its taste and incredible psychedelic effect. Mama Thai is still more suited to indoor cultivation in all, but the warmest climates as maturation outdoors will continue well into autumn, although a greenhouse will afford extra protection from the ravages of inclement conditions at higher latitudes. With its roots free from confining restrictions Mama Thai can develop into a very large plant producing light, airy, fluffy buds that connoisseurs will already be familiar with.
