I took my Powie Pink seeds and noticed two phenotypes: one that came from the larger brown seeds in the batch, which took after the Baja Blast dad, and another that were almost black seeds with a white belly button, looking more like their mother (Powie seeds).
 
I started with 100 of the darker seeds and selected the three darkest plants from among them.  I got one fantastic male, darker in color than the rest. I sprouted 50 more seeds and obtained two purple females, then pollinated them with the dark male.  It was a lot of work and took several months, but Powie Pink 2.0 was born.  As a nod to their origin, I named this strain  Powie Pink Darkseid.

Take everything I said about Powie Wowie and and imagine it sweeter, fruitier, and a little larger. It tastes and smells great, hits like a hammer, and is easy to grow.  The Pink 2.0 strain in the Baja Blast provides additional CBD/CBG properties.

  • Powie Wowie is Maui Wowie crossed with Grand Daddy Purple / Purple Urkle pollen. Then I added Mountain Dew Baja Blast by Mosca Seeds to give it a fruitier taste in a larger plant.   I took the best mom and pop from 150 seeds, dumped the rest, and this is Powie Darkseid (or Powie Pink 2.0 if you prefer.
